Welcome to the Rock Cycle Exhibit!
Please enjoy and learn from this video introduction to the Rock a Bye a Cycle Exhibit. This video was put together by taking watercolor images that I edited in Photoshop, and animating them into After Effects. My goal was to animate them without physically animating them. This helped to create a fun artsy vibe to the video.

The Exhibit
The Process
In this project, I used my artistic talent to create realistic and illustrative watercolor pieces and edit them in Adobe Photoshop.
I started out watercoloring different types of rocks for the exhibit. I went in with a white gel pen for white details

Basalt

Andesite

Granite

Flowing Magma

Oolitic Limestone

Gneiss
For the video, I watercolored each piece to make it easy for me to color them in Photoshop. I created an outline for each watercolor image to create a juvenile vibe.

I colored and combined all pieces that I painted and drew in Photoshop to create this image.
